Halloween...Star Wars Style!

We did Halloween...and we did it big this year!  After watching the first few Star Wars movies this summer, he chose to be Luke Skywalker...and insisted that we follow suit and choose a Star Wars character!  It turned out to be SO much fun - I think I'll want to do family themed costumes from here on out!!

Matching bat shirts from Gammi!

Monster door decoration - we have to figure out a way to keep it all in place next year!

Our annual visit to Bates Nut Farm to get our pumpkins.  This year, Kaden tried out the rock wall (and I had the most pitiful parenting moment to date), we went on a hay ride, spent a lot of time in the bounce house, and checked out the petting zoo.  I do love this tradition...even if it takes forever to drive out there!

Harrison is still loving music at Nightingale Music and had fun dressing up with his class

Carving our Jack-o-Lanterns!

Luke Skywalker - may the force be with you!

Luke in his fighter jet with co-pilot, R2D2
(a.k.a. my labor of love)

The Spiders dressed up for the costume parade

K and his sweet buddy (and first crush), Catherine.

Uncle Paul was here for Trick-or-Treating - we included him in the fun as Hans Solo

The Flynns (The Cast of Star Wars) and The Willoughbys (The Cast of Frozen)

Luke and the Ewok!
