Having a summer birthday means celebrating at the Shore. Harrison woke up to balloons in his crib; inhaled a breakfast of Brown's doughnuts; enjoyed the sights and sounds of downtown O.C. (including his first ever "face paint" - he chose to have it painted on his arm instead of his face); and celebrated with pizza, cake, and family. A pretty special day for an incredibly special two-year old.

Saint Louis
On our way to Ocean City, we made a few day pit-stop in Saint Louis to meet baby Aiden (our newest nephew) and visit Kevin's family.
Harrison was absolutely enthralled by the airplanes...not so much being on one as watching them take-off and land.
Kaden had such a great time fishing in BaNoi and Papa's lake. He caught a lot of little Blue Gill and, one his last cast, pulled in a catfish! He was so proud of himself, but still wasn't excited enough to touch it.
The boys just loved baby Aiden
I was surprised at how gentle Harrison was with him - he always wanted to make sure Aiden had his Paci. Kaden just loved watching him, I would hear him telling him little, quiet stories whenever the adults weren't watching.
The boys found their own cozy spot in Julie and Sean's giant house to snuggle up and watch movies.
The Flynn Boys
The highlight of the visit was Kaden's first game at Busch Stadium. I was excited that he was able to share this with his dad, uncle, and grandfather - they were just as excited that they got to introduce him to their favorite pastime. The experience couldn't have been more fun for Kaden - staying up late, eating popcorn, ice cream served in a cup, and a game ball to top it all off.
